Parents and guardians - NOT Believe staff - are responsible for children at all times and must stay on site.

Please be respectful of Believe toys and property. Believe does not allow destructive play, toys should be used for their intended purposes.

Guests are expected to help their children clean up and return all toys to their original place as they move through the play space.

Please stay home if you or your child are sick

or display any symptoms. 

Any child or adult appearing sick may be asked to leave and will not be given a refund.

Please wash your and your child's hands

prior to play, after using the restroom, and at regular intervals while at Believe.

 

Please use the provided sanitizers to clean play spaces after use.

Believe has a ZERO bullying policy.

Any child or adult seen bullying or harassing may be asked to leave and will not be given a refund.​

​

Believe is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.  Please keep track of your belongings.

​

There is NO EATING OR DRINKING throughout the play space except in the designated dining car area.

​

All Believe guests must have a waiver on file.
